The PCR mixture should not be poured into tubes. Availability of a ready-made PCR buffer that does not require mixing of additional components. Availability of a positive control sample (NCL), negative isolation control sample (NKO) and negative PCR control sample (K-). The shelf life of the reagents after opening must be equal to the declared shelf life of the reagent kit. There must be a system of protection against contamination with amplicons due to the use of the enzyme uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and deoxyuridine triphosphate. The kit must be designed for the study of at least 100 samples, including controls. All components of the kit must be stored at the same temperature conditions without freezing from 2 to 8 °C.
