Mediation, coordination and processing of the license transfer of unlimited used Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC Professional Plus licenses from the Microsoft condition contracts in accordance with the service description (subject lot 1 - service description (subject-specific, sub-subject-inclusive)). Within subject lot 1 (arranging, coordinating and processing the license transfer), the client intends to make a binding call-off of partial lots 1 to 11 (i.e. a binding minimum purchase quantity of 43, 000 used Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC Professional Plus licenses) on the binding delivery dates specified in section 4.1.1 of the application conditions as well as the optional retrieval of partial lots 15 to 18 (i.e. a non-binding purchase quantity of 10, 000 used Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC Professional Plus licenses without specific delivery dates (i.e. delivery 28 days after retrieval, see section 4.1.1 of the application conditions). The authorized authority intends to do so within subject lot 1 (placement, Coordination and processing of the license transfer) the binding release of partial lots 12 to 14 (i.e. a binding minimum purchase quantity of 9, 000 used Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC Professional Plus licenses) without specific delivery dates (i.e. Delivery 28 days after retrieval, see section 4.1.1 of the application conditions) as well as the optional retrieval of partial lot 19 (i.e. a non-binding purchase quantity of 3, 000 used Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC Professional Plus licenses) without specific Delivery dates (i.e. delivery 28 days after call-off, see section 4.1.1 of the application conditions). A total of nineteen (19) partial lots will be formed in subject lot 1. The exact quantity structures and delivery times can be found in Section 4.1.1 Application conditions or from section 5.2 of the service description for subject lot 1. The client will be a contractual partner in the partial lots relevant to this (partial lots 1 to 11 and 15 to 18 in subject lot 1)...
