Target The aim of the measure is the placement and integration into the primary labor market (preferably regional) including the stabilization of the employment relationship through social support and care up to 3 months after starting employment. The achievement a placement rate is assumed. Integrations are paid for separately. Further details can be found in the content description. - Target group Those eligible for benefits who are fit for work and who generally have no other professional qualifications are allocated Qualification for a job/skilled job on the labor market can be considered. It can be assumed that the participants assigned are predominantly long-term unemployed or long-term benefit recipients and have obstacles There is a need for action in the areas of motivation and/or social skills and in this respect only with continuous challenge as well as intensive advice and support, holistic coaching and the implementation of operational tests suitable employers.
