The "Edu:Social-School" project carried out by the Social Neuroscience Lab of the Max Planck Society under the direction of Prof. Dr. Tania Singer uses online mental training programs to examine how both mental health and social skills such as empathy and compassion are developedand the risk of burnout due to stress can be reduced (see: www.edusocial-projekt.de). The Edu:Social School project is divided into two studies: Study 1: To carry out Study 1, we will conduct a mental intervention study with teaching lasting several weeks in 2024r:innen with a special focus on Berlin schools and are initially looking for experienced meditation or MBSR/MBCT teachers for the period from May to December 2024. The test subjects should use specific mental training techniques such as the so-calledso-called partner-based dyad exercises.
