Max Planck Research Center for the Science of Pathogens, new building and renovation: telecommunications and IT systems Construction of the low-voltage technical system (including fire alarm system) in the laboratory and office building. Cable laying systems, cables and lines, fire protection on line systems, door communication system, escape door technology, bathroom toilet call system, fire alarm control panel 16 rings, approx. 300 detectors, fire brigade peripherals, building radio system, fiber optic and copper transmission network, 6 server racks with active cooling, 12 data distribution cabinets, Data distribution network Cat.7, network sockets. A certificate from the fire alarm system installer company in accordance with DIN 14675 must be submitted with the offer. Execution must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request from the client (Section 5 Paragraph 2 Sentence 2 VOB/B). The request will come to you in advance. to be received by August 5th, 2027. The service must be completed (ready for acceptance) within 394 working days of the deadline specified above. (5 working days/week Mon-Fri; Saturday work is separate to be agreed with the client's property monitoring). Handover of W+M planning no later than 6 calendar weeks before the start of construction.
