The Mauerfeldschule (Biber School/Mauerfeldstrasse location - elementary level of the Brüder-Scholl School) is a three-grade primary school in the center of the Bieber district of Offenbach. There are currently 248 students in the Mauerfeld School Gross floor area of approximately 2, 487 m² GFA. Of these, 90 students take part in the school's all-day program. According to forecasts, the number of students will increase to a maximum of 336. At the same time, the proportion of all-day students should be increased by the Legal entitlement to all-day education and care will increase to around 80% (269 children) by the 2029/30 school year. The space required for this does not exist in sufficient quantities and must be created as part of the construction project. The client assumes that the effort for applying the CAD guidelines of the city of Offenbach is included in the offered fee. A planning server (Planfred) is provided.
