Development of technical concepts as part of master planning and structural development planning. Master planning for the technical building equipment of the university medical center in Lower Saxony Master planning The master plan (MAP) is for those involved in the project a strategic planning tool for the long-term development of the two locations UMG and MHH and a basis for future investment decisions. It therefore serves as a central guideline for future measures by the state of Lower Saxony Basis for innovation decisions. Structural development planning The BEP forms the central link between the higher-level MAP and the operational implementation of the structural measures. Building on the results of the MAP, the BEP transfers the Long-term vision of the campus into feasible, phased measures. It thus creates the structural basis for implementing the upcoming new construction, dismantling and interim measures in an orderly, risk-conscious and economically viable manner.
