Master planning of the dismantling measures of university medicine in Lower Saxony The subject of the procurement is the provision of specialist planning services for dismantling as part of the master planning (MAP) and the structural development planning (BEP) for the UMG locations and MHH. The subject is in particular the planning, evaluation and phased structuring of dismantling measures to ensure trouble-free continued operation of the medical facilities. This includes the analysis of construction logistics space requirements, the identification of risks and the development of suitable protective and sustainability measures (e.g. material separation, recycling, emission reduction). The services also include technical support for higher-level planning (urban development, mobility, Open space, infrastructure) as well as close coordination with all those involved in the planning. As part of the BEP, concrete contributions to the construction phases, scheduling and cost planning as well as to the derivation of investment requirements for dismantling measures are also to be made provide.
