We would like to point out that the following market survey is neither an introduction nor an inquiry as part of a procurement procedure, but rather that it is merely a non-binding market survey carried out by the Review of the market is intended to serve as preparation for a possible procurement project. This is not the initiation of a procurement procedure. Market research is a measure according to Section 28 of the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV) and is only used for Preparation of a contract award and to inform companies about contract award plans. In order to prepare a procurement procedure, the initiation of which is planned depending on the responses received, the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM) is asking for support from those operating on the market companies as part of this market exploration. In preparation for a planned award procedure for “management development”, a market survey is being carried out in order to obtain an overview of the companies currently operating in the market. The results Market research is then analyzed based on functional and economic criteria and serves as a basis for further action. In the course of market research, the BALM would like to be able to understand in particular whether services are available exist on the market that meet the requirements or what market alternatives exist with regard to individual requirement points.
