Applications, including separately, a technical proposal and a financial offer, must be sent to tnr-procurement@ilo.org no later than March 18, 2024, mentioning the reference: 07/109013/MDG/23/01/RBS .The technical proposal must include: A presentation note from theconsultant office A description of the methodology as well as the work plan The CV of the key personnel who will be mobilized to carry out the study The applications received will be examined, analyzed and evaluated by a selection committee, on the basis of the criteria and rating hereinafter: Exexpertise of the consultant office and profile of the proposed expert(s): 40% Methodology and work plan: 40% Mastery of the socio-economic context of the Anosy Region: 20% Only the financial offer candidates whose technical proposal has received at least 70% of the points will be examinede by the Committee.
