Market research for photovoltaics On behalf of the State of Berlin (Special Real Estate Fund of the State of Berlin “SILB”), Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “BIM”) is conducting a market survey in accordance with Section 28 VgV in order to prepare a possible Tender procedure for the construction of a photovoltaic system including a leasing model. The aim of the market research process is to examine the services and solutions available on the market. The aim is to achieve clarification the possible needs and the associated economic and budgetary impacts. Once the market research process has been completed, the required services are expected to be awarded in a SILB property Taking into account the findings gained in this market research process is intended. The subject of the market research is services for planning and installing a photovoltaic system. The knowledge gained during market research should serve as a basis for determining the scope of services and preparing the award procedure. The electricity generated should primarily be consumed on site in the property and only fed into the public power grid when necessary.
