Market exploration of the new Ellerholz lock This non-binding announcement announces the implementation of a market survey. The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) is conducting a market survey in preparation for the award of an ECI contract for the New construction of the Ellerholz lock. The aim of the market exploration process is to identify potential market participants at an early stage and to make an initial assessment of their interest, their capacities and their experience with comparable companies projects.
