The clinics of the Upper Bavaria district (KBO) employ around 8, 500 employees, distributed over 11 independent companies under the roof of the KBO municipal company. In order to further improve the group -wide communication, KBO plans to introduce a uniform communication instrument that the Existing platforms and communication channels replaced. The goal is to create a central communication basis through which all employees can be achieved at the same time. The new system should make communication more direct, clearer and more structured.

The communication instrument offers user management with role and rights concept, integrates existing User data and supports single sign-on. It is cloud -based and client capable and provides detailed statistics.
User -friendliness and Intuitive usability are also required as well as a central dashboard as well as filter options for messages and content. The system supports text, audio and video communication, has real-time news feeds and push notifications and enables the representation of content In different themed channels/channels.
