Market exploration for the introduction of software for digital instruction management for medical devices The University Hospital of Münster intends to purchase a web-based software solution for the digital admission management of medical devices. The goal is that Fully digital recording, management and evaluation of device instructions including legally compliant and audit-proof verification in accordance with MPBetriebV. The solution is intended to map the UKM's instruction processes without individual programming, a matrix view of personnel, device types and training status (including recording and management of requirements) and enable the mobile recording of training certificates including the digital submission of signatures. Integration requirements: From the UKM's SAP system, personnel master data is transferred to the new system on a daily basis; the interface is unidirectional, no data flows back into the SAP system. The master data of the medical devices including the Dates of the next metrological and safety controls (MTK/STK) will be available in real time. Authentication takes place via a central directory service, authorization in the application. Documented ones are expected Standard interfaces (REST API).
