Market research in order to prepare for the award of the development, provision, operation and maintenance of an AI platform with AI Service layer in the context of BARMER eCare. This AI service platform is in accordance with gematik standards in a trusted execution environment (VAU) to operate that meets the data protection and security requirements of the electronic patient record (ePA).
The various AI services process, structure and analyze the individual health data and other relevant information of the BARMER insured. Possible use cases include, for example, AI-supported chatbots, intelligent document organization or process control. A medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment recommendation is expressly not the subject of the AI platform.
To this end, selected use cases with low complexity should first be implemented using an iterative approach. The platform should build on this gradually be supplemented by further, increasingly complex AI services and functionalities.
