CPV has a Market Entry and Expansion advisory project which aims to support high-potential tech companies to accelerate their entry and expansion into emerging markets or grow their business through expanding into new verticals or (sub-)sectors. Under this project, IFC is working with a technology company (the “Company”) that developed and operates infrastructure enabling large-scale production and distribution of the next generation of interactive and immersive cartoons for children. Their solution include 3 pillars:1. An AI-powered Personalization Technology The Company-s proprietary technology enables children to automagically personalize animated storylines using a simple photo of their own paper drawing, reducing children-s screen time by up to 75%.2. An Exclusive Premium Content Library The Company is building a global community of animation studios, empowering them with dedicated authoring tools to fuel an exclusive and growing catalog of interactive mini-series spanning both original creations and established IPs. 3. A Proprietary Distribution Infrastructure With a single line of code, streaming platforms and telcos can transform their mobile, web, and connected TV applications into creativity hubs. The Company-s interactive “cartoon-as-a-service” platform integrates seamlessly into existing ecosystems, delivering a premium kids- experience powered by the Company-s technology and ready-to-deploy content library. After successful collaborations with TF1 (France), Canal+ (25 countries in Africa), and Skydance Animation / Netflix (USA/France), the Company is entering its next phase of growth, with ambition to scale commercial traction and accelerate sales globally. It is within this context that IFC is looking to recruit an experienced consulting firm with Media and Streaming expertise to help the Company to sharpen its strategic positioning and accelerate its go-to-market execution.
