The advertised service is a framework agreement from the award of the contract over a period of 4 years with a minimum order quantity of 1, 350 EA "White Marine Shirt with Blue Collar" and 300 EA "White Marine Shirt with Blue Collar Female Soldiers" and fabric for 650 EA made-to-measureifications. If available, BwBM reserves the right to use the remaining quantity of fabric at the end of the framework contract for a call-off of clothing sizes according to the specification at the offer price in accordance with the quantity scale for requirements that exceed the minimum order quantity. For over the minimum orderNo acceptance guarantee is given for quantities exceeding this amount. Any quantity required beyond the minimum order quantity will be communicated to the contractor with a lead time of at least 3 months. The BwBM reserves the right to make non-binding estimates within the framework contract termThe required quantities can also be called up at a different time period than that stated in the appendix LV/quantity key/price sheet. The offer price must be stated for the minimum order quantity.
