· USAID Authorized Geographic Code - All goods and services offered under this solicitation or provided under any resulting award must comply with USAID Geographic Code 935 in accordance with the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 22 CFR §228 . Bidders may not bid or supply goods or services that are manufactured or assembled in any of the following countries, or that are shipped or transported through, or involve any of these countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan (North), Syria.

· Bidders MUST NOT supply goods and/or services that use telecommunications and CCTV products of the following companies: Huawei Technologies Company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof, pursuant to FAR 52.204-25, an acronym for Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Note that by submitting a response to this RFP, the Bidder understands that USAID is not a party to this solicitation and that the Bidder agrees that any dispute hereunder must be presented, in writing with a full explanation, to ARD Inc for review, as USAID will not consider disputes regarding purchases made by Implementing Partners. ARD Inc, in its sole discretion, will make a final decision on the dispute regarding such purchases.
