Tender Details

The Office for Foreigners' Affairs of the Havelland district intends to conclude a contract for the management and accommodation-related migration social work in the shared accommodation for late repatriates, asylum seekers and foreign refugees in Falkensee, Spandauer Strasse 24.

Leadment of the Falkensee shared accommodation and implementation of accommodation-related migration social work

According to § 1 and § 2 of the LAufnG (State Reception Act), the reception, temporary accommodation and migration-specific social support of refugees, late resettled people and wother people who have immigrated from abroad and the implementation of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (AsylbLG) are sovereign tasks that have been assigned to the districts and independent cities as a mandatory task to be fulfilled according to instructions. The admission obligation extends to all personson circles according to § 4 LAufnG. As long as it is generally not possible to provide living space outside of the shared accommodation, the persons must be temporarily admitted to temporary accommodation facilities in accordance with Section 9 Paragraph 5 LAufnG. The client is obliged to provide the necessary accommodationto build and maintain temporary accommodation facilities (shared accommodation and apartments) and to ensure the care of the group of people specified in Section 4 LAufnG.
