Managed service IT services The changing framework conditions in the statutory health insurance environment and the increasing digitalization of the world of work require constant change. The organization and processes of BIG become healthy directly continuously reviewed and adapted to needs, with the aim of reducing performance and administrative expenses while increasing customer satisfaction. This is particularly true when introducing AI-supported processes and self-services customer orientation in the foreground. Adjustments to the IT infrastructure are not exempt from the change. In addition to the data processed in the so-called GKV-specific infrastructure (inventory system BITMARCK_21c|ng), which is processed by a data center BITMARCK is operated, all non-GKV-specific systems are operated in a private cloud with a managed service provider.
