The Diepholz district plans to have the printers and multifunctional devices operated as part of a rental of the devices and software solutions in conjunction with a full-service agreement. Managed print service The following services are part of the Overall system: a) Delivery, provision and configuration of workplace printers and multifunctional devices for printing, copying, faxing and scanning needs as monochrome and color devices in accordance with the requested minimum requirements, options and specifications of the client b) Provision, installation, configuration and maintenance of the software components specified in the tender. For the devices, the contractor has the software required for operation in the network, including any licenses that are required for the contractual use of the devices Devices are required to be provided.
