The subject of the order is the contractor's work to ensure that the eRecruiting software is ready for operation in accordance with the appendices to the contract, in particular appendix 3 (service description) and appendix 5 (criteria catalog), namely in particular the provision of a Software as a Service (SaaS) based solution in relation to eRecruiting, its connection via various interfaces to third-party websites, to the client's other IT system, the configuration of the eRecruiting adapted to the client's requirements, the migration of relevant inventory data from the existing system, the commissioning and the training of the client (also called "initial services"). After these initial services have been successfully completed, which requires acceptance by the client, the contractor provides, among other things, cloud services, namely the further provision of the eRecruiting software using Software as a Service (SaaS) including hosting and Backup-Leistungen. Real operation after acceptance lasts 36 months and is referred to as “useful time”. To use the eRecruiting software, 700 concurrent user licenses are required for simultaneous, non-personal use different rights can be assigned.
