Tenders are invited for Maintenance Work on Turboalternators 301 and 303 of the C3 Power Plant at Cap Des Biches T_dpp_177

The qualification requirements are:
For each lot:
a. Financial capacity
i. Have a financial capacity or a line of credit for a minimum amount net of other contractual commitments of at least:
• Lot 1: One billion (1, 000, 000, 000) FCFA;
• Lot 2: Four hundred million (400, 000, 000) FCFA.
Certificates of financial capacity must be issued by a bank approved by the Senegalese Ministry of Finance and Budget.
i. Provide the financial statements for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant or firm approved by ONECCA (National Order of Chartered Accountants and Assimilated Accountants) or similar body;
ii. Have an average turnover at least over the last three (03) years 2018, 2019 and 2020 at least equal to:
• Three billion (3, 000, 000, 000) FCFA for lot 1;
• One billion five hundred thousand (1, 500, 000, 000) FCFA for lot 2.
b. Technical capacity
• The candidate must prove, with supporting documents (acceptance report duly signed), that he had to perform at least one (01) similar contract in the overhaul of 20 MW steam turbines. or more ;
• Have sufficient human resources to carry out the contract, including at least:
ü 01 Qualified site manager at electromechanical engineer level or equivalent with 05 years of experience during the last 10 years (2011 to 2020), (provide CV and copy of Diploma and / or supporting certificates);
ü 01 Team leader qualified as a higher technician or equivalent level with 15 years of experience during the last 15 years (2006 to 2020) (provide CV and copy of Diploma and / or supporting certificates).
