Lots: Maintenance services for climate control (air conditioning) equipment and systems/ventilation systems and equipment - The Supplier undertakes to perform maintenance of previously installed air conditioners, including: - Diagnostics technical condition of equipment; - Checking functionality in all modes; - Checking the tightness of the refrigeration circuit; - Checking the level of refrigerant (freon) and, if necessary, refilling it (refilling); - Cleaning the filters of the indoor unit; - Cleaning the heat exchangers of indoor and outdoor units; - Checking and, if necessary, cleaning the drainage system; - Checking electrical connections and contact groups; - Carrying out other necessary preventive and restoration work to ensure proper and safe operation of equipment.
