External inspection of the chiller and its components for damage. 2.Analysis of the oil level in the crankcase compressor. 3. Reading the current controller readings. 4.Identification of extraneous noise in the mechanical part. 5.Reading controller errors and warnings, analysis. 6.Visual check for the absence of unacceptable noise and vibrations. 7.Checking the degree of dryness systems and fluid movement in the liquid line of the refrigeration circuit. 8. Reconnect heating to cooling. 9. Repairing leaks and refilling the TRANE Chiller model RTAC 200 with freon. 10. Starting the cooling system and refrigeration line distribution circuit through additional supply ventilation of the building with a total area of 14, 000 sq.m. 11. Before the start of the heating season, mothball the air conditioning system (pumps, heat exchangers, electrical equipment). Technical conditions: 1.Availability qualified personnel. 2.
