The subject of the contract includes maintenance including inspection (summarized as maintenance) and, if necessary, small -scale repair of different types of heat supply systems of different economic units in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. Accordingly, the division into four lots (see section 6).

The maintenance must be carried out according to the work card (AK) for heat supply systems KG 420, in addition to partial maintenance services, the AK KG 480 building automation / MSR systems must be used. The activities contained in the AK do not claim to be complete. All work steps must be carried out to ensure safe operation. (See also regulations VDMA 24186-2).
