Quotation are invited for Maintenance of Operating Sticks
✓ It-s Telescopic operating sticks with telescopic
sections that are locked in position by means of
durable spring-loaded pins.
✓ The top section of such a stick shall be of foam filled
tubes or solid rods that are design, manufactured and
tested in accordance with IEC 855 or ASTM F711-02.
✓ Telescopic operating stick were manufactured in
accordance with IEC 62193 or ASTM F1826-00.
✓ The top section of such a stick shall be of foam filled
tubes or solid rods that are design, manufactured and
tested in accordance with IEC 855 or ASTM F711-02.
✓ The rest of the telescopic link stick shall be made of
insulating tubes that are designed, manufactured and
tested in accordance with IEC 1235 or ASTM F711-
02.
✓ They have overlapping sections which are not less
than 150mm and springs and with pins used to lock the
extended sections.
✓ End fittings of the Operating stick have a standard
non-ferrous universal fitting and a thumbscrew to
accommodate operating, testing and earthing tools.
✓ Di-electrical Tests for the Insulating section(s) of
operating sticks were subjected to dielectric tests as
specified in IEC 855 and IEC 1235 or ASTM F711-02.
✓ Once done with maintenance, provide certificate
thereof.
✓ Have an appointment letter for operating stick
maintenance.
