Maintenance of measuring equipment 2026 Enterprise Framework Agreement During the inspections carried out under official authority operated by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt., the measuring equipment required for authentic weight measurements [weighing scales (hereinafter: bridge scales) and dynamic axle load measuring equipment] in order to ensure their continuous operation: - their maintenance, - their repair in case of failure, - their preparation for certification, - participation in the certification procedure, - coordination of their maintenance, - maintenance of its environment. With regard to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30), the Procuring Entity draws attention to the fact that, in any case, only in order to define the subject of the public procurement in a clear and comprehensible manner a reference to a thing, process, activity, person, patent, trademark, given origin or production process of a specific make, origin, type, to be recorded in a public procurement document, next to which designations the "or with the clause "equivalent" is understood in all cases. In case of an offer of an equivalent thing, the bidder must prove the equivalence in his offer. The winning Bidder must ensure that it is currently operated by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. and possibly the TMH1 type 60 ton and TMH1 type 80 ton load certified bridge scales to be operated later, as well as the TMH6 type dynamic axle load measuring device certified to 15 ton load...
