Procedure for concluding a framework contract in 3 parts for the Visit Hungary National Tourism Organization Koezhasznu Nonprofit Zrt. for strategic media agency, digital media agency and market research to perform tasks. In order to achieve its communication goals, AK plans to implement complex communication and media campaigns in domestic and foreign target markets. The aim of AK's communication activities is to promote Hungary for tourism purposes, to strengthen inbound tourism from abroad, encouraging tourism, as well as the domestic and international presentation of the Hungarian tourist offer. The task of the Winning Bidder is to perform the tasks specified in the Technical Description for the Customer based on the framework contract, the individual orders, and the briefs provided by the Customer.
Bidder wishes to conclude a framework contract for the performance of strategic media agency tasks up to a net framework amount of HUF 3, 200, 000, 000. AK undertakes to draw 70% of the total amount. AK plans to implement complex domestic communication and media campaigns in order to achieve its communication goals and foreign target markets. International tourism advertising campaigns can be implemented in several countries, with a different media mix and target group approach.
