Charité CFM Facility Management GmbH writes the maintenance of individually ventilated cage systems (IVC) for all 4 locations. Lot 1: Campus Berlin Book (CBB), Lindenberger Weg 80, 13125 Berlin Lot 2: Campus Benjamin Franklin (CBF), Hindenburgdamm 30, 12203 Berlin Lot 3: Charité Campus Mitte (CCM), Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin Lot 4: Campus Virchow Clinic (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin. The contractor will transfer the maintenance of the IVC systems according to DIN 31051 (here only maintenance). Part of the performance is also the execution of licktest, the filter exchange (including material) and filter integration test without additional calculation. In addition, the collaboration is expected to support troubleshooting. The independent organization of maintenance is part of the performance.
