Tenders are invited for Maintenance of the Golf Course Equipment

The offer shall be made of:
RDB Registration certificate
Valid RSSB Clearance certificate
Valid RRA Clearance certificate
VAT Registration certificate
Experience of the firm including the previous work done & recommendation
Degree and CVs of key personnel
Assignment Methodology and work plan
Financial offer

Scope:
Work with procurement team and the greenkeeper for ordering all spare parts and other items to be used throughout the year.
Monthly visit of facility by one representative for repairing and maintaining all RUGC Golf course equipment. Including but not limited to mowers, tractors, workmen and golf buggies (5 days).
Available to receive calls and pictures from Director of Golf, consultant greenkeeper and Assistant Greenkeeper to assess actions to be taken during the month.
During the 5 days on site, the training of the assistant mechanic(s) is a key element of the tender. At the end of the contract the team in place is expected to care of all equipment in solitude.
