web.sta is a specialist application to support the entire business operations of public prosecutors in the 9 federal states at around 10, 000 workstations. The subject of the order is troubleshooting and adaptation of the individual software web.sta including the intermediateight and Business Objects (BOI) to advanced technologies and environments (maintenance), the provision of comprehensive support for the respective overall or individual clients (support), the change or reprogramming of parts of the specialist process to adapt to legal andtechnical conditions with modern processes or new functions taking into account current security requirements (further development) as well as the optional retrieval of licenses for the Red Hat JBoss EAP software. In addition to maintenance and support, there is a further development effort of 5, 200 peoplenendays are calculated in the basic contract period.
