Tenders are invited for Maintenance Dredging Works for the Nautical Accesses of the Port of Pointe-Noire

The works to be carried out within the framework of the project include, among others:
· The dredging of the sand trap;
· Dredging of the access channel;
· Dredging of the harbor basin;
· The deposit of all the dredged materials in the SONGOLO area in order to create medians reclaimed from the sea at a height of +3.00 m CM.

The main criteria of financial, technical and experience qualifications which tenderers must meet are as follows:
· After having achieved an average annual turnover for similar works over the last five (05) years of an amount equivalent to Five Billion (5, 000, 000, 000) FCFA;
· Have successfully completed as a main contractor in the last five (05) years at least three (03) similar work projects;
· Have cash and / or present documents certifying that the tenderer has access or has, at his disposal, credit facilities of an amount at least equivalent to two billion (2, 000, 000, 000) FCFA

Interested candidates may withdraw the complete invitation to tender dossier, upon payment of the sum of One Million (1, 000, 000) FCFA non-refundable, from the authorized services of the Financial and Accounting Department of PAPN.
