Quotation are invited for Four Years Maintenance Contract of 2 Nos. Main Lifts in Mazoon Head Office in Bid Bid (Hq 1)
Maintenance services (With spare parts)
- examination of the installatia competent Technician and any adjustment, greasing, oiling,
cleaning, and replacement of parts necessary to keep the lift in full and satisfactory service.
- Functioning checking and adjustments of the drive unit, means of Suspension, gear box, brakes,
traction sheave and drum, hoistway doors and guide rails of the elevator installation.
- Greasing and oiling the aforementioned subassemblies to the extent appropriate for the use made
of the elevator installations.
- Checking of the elevator installation for functioning and damage.
- Attend any number of breakdown /emergency calls within 1 hours of notice.
- To repair or replace, as conditions warrant, at the cost of the Supplier, all/any of the component
parts of the installation to keep it in satisfactory working order.
- All Parts and Components fitted by supplier will be original OEM parts.
