The vzbv is the voice of consumers - and therefore a decisive force in politics. We know what Consumers are moved and make their voices heard in politics, business and administration. We uncover structural deficiencies, identify consumer problems and develop solutions. In this way, we help ensure that markets are transparent and fair become.
