Tender Details

The award procedure relates to the LRA maintenance cleaning and branch offices, for which two lots are formed. The client assigns the contractor the maintenance cleaning for lot 1 in the property; Office building district office, Ludwig-Erhard-anlage 1 - 5, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. Height. The client assigns the contractor the maintenance cleaning for the following objects (lot 2) in Bad Homburg v. d. Height; Office for Rural Areas, Benzstr. 11, educational advice center, Benzstr. 11, warehouse of the Civil Protection, Justus-von-Liebig-Str. 3, Digital School, Justus-von-Liebig-Str. 3 and Siemensstr 14 / Nehringstr. 2. These contracts are concluded when the contract is awarded and have a fixed term of initially 12 months, starting on September 1st, 2026 (Basic contract term). The contract is extended by a further year unless the client terminates the contract at least six months (i.e. by February 28th of the respective year) before the end of the contract. The client is not obliged to communicate the reasons for the termination. After a maximum term of 4 years (48 months), the contract ends automatically, without the need for termination, on August 31, 2030 at the latest.
