Maintenance cleaning Maintenance cleaning at waste management sites in the Stade district Interior cleaning includes the cleaning and care of floors, walls, stairs, furniture, appliances, window sills, radiators, doors with frames, sanitary facilities, Washing and shower facilities, interior glass surfaces, mirrors and stair railings. Interior cleaning must be carried out for the following locations: AWZ Stade-Süd, AWZ Buxtehude, recycling centers Wedel, Oldendorf and the composting sites Harsefeld, Horneburg and Sauensiek. The Contract term begins on January 1st, 2027 and ends on December 31st, 2028. The option to extend for another two years until December 31, 2030 exists unless one of the contracting parties terminates the contract by March 31, 2028.
