Lots: Work on current repairs of non-residential buildings/structures/premises - Current repairs in the phthisiopulmonology building in the Zhetisu region in accordance with estimate documentation and technical specifications. Selection of building material by quality, color, name manufacturer, content and volume must be agreed upon with the Customer. The work performed is guaranteed for at least 1 year. Term of provision of services: within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. All work must be carried out with preservation or if there is a need to dismantle, install and connect: video surveillance, local network, telephone line, fire alarm, etc. (in case of damage indicated during repairs, they must be repaired at the expense of supplier. Associated costs (removal of construction waste, purchase of materials, delivery, unloading and storage of materials, equipment, etc.) are included in the established contract amount.
