This tender involves the award of maintenance, basic and glass cleaning for the following properties in the city of Landshut. The maintenance and basic cleaning includes three lots (lots 1 to 3) as described below; the Glass cleaning one lot (lot 4). These are broken down as follows: Lot 1: Maintenance and basic cleaning at East Elementary School and Schönbrunn Middle School Lot 2: Maintenance and basic cleaning of the North-West primary school Lot 3: Maintenance, event and basic cleaning VR Bank Landshut Arena Lot 4: Glass cleaning East elementary school, Schönbrunn middle school, North-West elementary school and VR-Bank Landshut Arena East primary school, Am Schallermoos 17, 84036 Landshut 17, 84036 Landshut: It is a 3-grade primary school in the concept of Cooperative all-day care including a cafeteria with approx. 180 seats, a single gym, sports and outdoor facilities. 3-speed means around 300 primary school children are looked after in the concept of cooperative all-day care, the so-called educational center. It is about a building in which school lessons and the care of primary school children in the after-school care center take place collectively throughout the day.
