Tenders are invited for maintenance and painting of the computer building

The Bidding Committee of the Petroleum Institute for Rehabilitation and Training announces a tender for a computer building maintenance project, according to the field of work, which is summarized in the following basic items:

1- Dismantling works for all current air conditioners.

2- Dismantling the external protection iron.

3- Removing all damaged external plaster layers of the building.

4- Removing the dilapidated concrete layer of the building's structural elements.

5- Restoration of the damaged parts of the removed plaster layers.

6- Treating all damaged structural elements, including reinforcing steel bars.

7- Cut and remove part of the window seating marble and install new marble.

8- Complete coating based on graphite.

9- Transporting waste to public dumps.

Implementation is carried out according to the quantities table attached in the specifications and standards booklet in force at the Petroleum Institute for Rehabilitation and Training.

National and joint companies specialized in this field, which have established themselves in competence and ability, have technical and financial capabilities, and wish to participate in the bidding, should apply to purchase a booklet of conditions and specifications from the office of the Rapporteur of the Bidding Committee in the administration building at the Institute-s headquarters during working hours, from 09:00 am to 12:00 am. 00 noon from the date of Sunday 08/13/2023 AD until 08/27/2023 AD accompanied by the following documents:

· Submission of the company file addressed to (the Institute's Bidding Committee) and contains a request to express interest in participating in the tender, in addition to the following:

· Memorandum of Association - Articles of Association - Recently extracted from the commercial register - A valid license to practice activity - Proof of registration in the Chamber of Commerce - A recent tax payment certificate addressed to the Institute.

· Presentation of the company's financial position for the last three years approved by a legal auditor.

· The necessary licenses to practice contracting in accordance with the laws in force in Libya are valid.

· Submitting a certificate of previous experience in the list of services subject to the service that was provided, supported by letters of recommendation from the entities to which the services were provided.

· A list of the technical staff, machinery and equipment needed to implement the project
