Lot 1 - Maintenance cleaning: The contractor takes over the interior cleaning of the rooms defined in the calculation documents as well as the property management in accordance with the contractual specifications and appendices. The services include in particular cleaning and Care of ceilings and walls, textile and non-textile floor coverings, sanitary facilities, building services systems as well as room furnishings and furnishings. All services must be provided in accordance with the service list. The client also reserves the right to commission special cleaning services if necessary. Lot 2 - Glass and facade cleaning: The contractor takes over the glass and facade cleaning of the areas defined in the service specifications in accordance with the contractual specifications and Attachments.
