The Federal Office of Justice intends to award the services of the care and further development of the process software of the EHUG regulation allowance procedure in a non-open procedure. The contract term of the newly assigned order begins on October 1st, 2023 and is a maximum of 4 years. The AG can extend the contracts to be concluded by one -sided written declaration to the contractor by another 12 months at least three months before the end of the contract, up to and including September 30, 2027.
In addition to care services, the AG also requires further development services of the process software and services in connection with the procedural operation of the process software. These services are to be offered to the AG. The further development and services are services that are accessed from a framework contract with a amount of height.
