Lots: Journal of registration of instructions on labor protection and safety at the workplace Format: A4 (Landscape orientation) General requirements: • The journal must be printed; • Cover - thick cardboard; • Inner sheets - white paper density of at least 65-80 g/m²; • The magazine must be laced and numbered; • Total number of sheets: at least 50-100; • Designed for long term use. Table structure: Each page of the journal should contain the following columns: 1. Serial number 2. Date of the briefing 3. Last name, first name, patronymic of the instructed 4.
