Engineering services for technical equipment in accordance with HOAI - specialist planning of system groups 1 to 8 (as required), in particular for the implementation and updating of the energy supply concept as well as for the implementation of the first structural measures from the Site development plan (StEP). Scope of the service: The Regional Association of Westphalia-Lippe (LWL) intends to set up an engineering office for technical equipment to support its own operation LWL-BLB within the framework of a framework contract with a term of up to to be commissioned for four years. The aim is to ensure continuous engineering support when implementing energy and building technology measures. The expected total order volume is currently not reliable predictable because the type, scope and timing of the individual construction and renovation measures depend on higher-level planning decisions and external influences.
