Property planning LVR-Klinik Langenfeld Conversion of house 4 into a flexible day clinic House 4 was built around 1900 as a solid brick building and is a listed building. It is Full basement, has two floors and a converted attic. The attic consists of a wooden support structure in the shape of a saddle with clay tile covering. The ground floor has an area of approximately 334 square meters. On the 1st floor approx. 295 sqm. The attic is through the Roof construction smaller than the 1st floor. The building was last used for to accommodate 18 forensic patients and has now been unused for over 10 years. This causes moisture damage in various places. A flexible day clinic will operate in the building in the future to record. This is already started operating temporarily in another building on the site and will move after the building is completed. Since there is no elevator in the existing building, the measure requires an external glazed one Elevator tower with integrated elevator will be built.
