LVR house, dismantling / new building The Rhineland Regional Association is planning to build a new administration building (building class 5) with 18 above-ground floors and two basement floors (underground car park, technology, storage). The predominantly office use will be supplemented a catering area on the ground floor and central services (repro service, post office, meeting and transport service, etc.).
