LV 12/2026 Flooring work ASB House 11 The Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation (BR) is planning the renovation measures of the existing building 11 on its headquarters in Munich Freimann on Floriansmühlstrasse under the term “Adaptation and Renovation of the Existing Building (ASB)”. This House 11 has a total length of approx. 70 m and a width of 14 m The double-angled building is accessed from the east side via an outside staircase into the entrance area of the high ground floor. Two staircases lead from there (TH A and TH B) in the upper floors (1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor), the basement and the attic. There is a twin elevator assigned to the entrance area and stairwell A, whose two cabins provide access to all floors. These elevators are open during the Construction project out of order. Another elevator with barrier-free dimensions is located in stairwell B at the southeast end of the building. It is planned to use this as a freight elevator for the construction project during and after the demolition work place. An additional connecting corridor in the basement and ground floor leads to house 4c. There is a closed transition to house 12 on the 1st and 2nd floors. During the construction work, these two buildings will be separated in F90 quality. The Construction includes basement, ground floor, 1st floor to 3rd floor. House 11 was built in 1989-1990.
