Lunch meals for municipal daycare centers Lunch catering for 7 municipal daycare centers The municipality of Niedernhausen intends to reassign lunch provision for seven municipal daycare centers. Not This includes other services related to the serving of the food, in particular the unpacking of the containers and the serving of the food. The contractor is obliged to provide the following services, taking HACCP standards into account to provide lunch provision. The services include in particular → Warm and ready-to-eat delivery of the food in electrically heated thermoports or delivery in thermoboxes → Proper disposal of food residues and → one Proper/reusable daily cleaning of the Thermoporte/thermoboxes and equipment The client grants the contractor the option of leaving the thermal ports/thermal boxes on site. The thermoports/thermoboxes are always from the contractor to provide. Lunches are to be delivered to the seven community daycare centers Monday to Friday. The meals delivered must be delivered to the kitchen of the respective daycare facility. The client is currently going for that Care year 2026/2027 of a total of approx. 1, 955 meals per week (excluding holiday periods) for those listed in Appendix 1 daycare facilities.
