The aim of this sub-project is to develop or deliver a traffic light phase assistant system. The project description of the The overall VIAA project is attached to the tender documents. This is a measure funded by the Federal Ministry of Transport. The subject of this tender is a traffic light phase assistant system (APHA) for bicycle traffic and motor vehicles to visually transport road users a mobile app and via street-side displays. Using real-time position and traffic signal data, road users should receive information about the signal phase of the next traffic signal. The service advertised here includes both delivery and development of the APHA as well as the complete assembly and commissioning of the entire APHA system.
