Tender Details

- Installation of 9 new electrical sub-distributions for the supply areas (ground floor, upper floor, top floor, cafeteria/warm-up kitchen, auditorium) with supply from the newly installed main distribution (HV2 house 3) in the HA room on the ground floor - General electrical installations in all rooms. The installations are done predominantly in the AP parapet channels. The cables are mainly routed in the false ceilings and in the LF ducts. - Renewal of the complete lighting system in all rooms, including external lighting at the entrances. Lighting control in the classrooms and adjoining rooms takes place via on-site switch with KNX system. - Supply and connection to consumers of the third-party trades (heating, ventilation, plumbing), as well as the 230V connections for the door controls - Supply and connection of the RWA system - Equipping the barrier-free toilets with the emergency call systems - Supplying a Sun protection/darkening system with central KNX control - Repair of the signaling systems in the auditorium (ELA system and light DMX systems) - Installation of an IT and telecommunications system according to the media development concept - Installation of a centrally controlled clock system (DCF) in the hallways - Installation of a fire alarm system (full protection with alarm) - Installation of a burglar alarm system for the shell and selected rooms - Installation of a security lighting system using LED technology with a central battery - Installation of the main equipotential bonding - Installation of the surge protection devices Type 1, 2 in the distributions, surge protection type 3 for the socket circuits - Creation of cable and line systems, including laying systems, fire barriers - Fire protection measures with documentation - Setting up a warm-up kitchen on the ground floor near the auditorium - Supplying the Elevator system house 3 - cabling and installation of outdoor lighting in the selected areas - commissioning, measurements and documentatio...
